A baby carriage of luxury and refinement.
The spacious 43" superbly coach finished body has dipped arms, convex mouldings and triple fine lining.
The luxurious interior trimmings include foam filled cushions, and side panel with interior zip fastening pocket. The fabric hood, with exclusive Marmet pattern hood lace, and best quality heavy chromium plated easy lever joints, and the fabric over end apron with additional storm flap, are individually tailored.
Nylon roller bearings support the body on a superior quality cee spring chassis of tempered steel with best cee and steadying straps.
The tubular handle levers are oval and heavily chromium plated.
The wheels are 24" and 20" chromium plated, ball bearing, with specially designed Marmet hand brake deluxe. You will note that our Queen has 'country wheels' that were supplied as an extra for people who lived in the country and did not want the chromium wheels to deteriorate due to countryside conditions.
Also as an optional extra there is a folding pocket end extension giving an extra bed length of 9".
In January 1965 The Queen would have cost you 37.5 guineas, which was £37:37 shillings, the folding pocket an extra 4 guineas!
Single colour only for the full beauty of its fine design. Truly the Queen of baby carriages.
